Course menu

Starting with an aperitif and appetizers.

The "Main BBQ Plate" includes carefully selected meats and seasonal vegetables, such as the rare "Kainomi" cut of Awaji beef, an Awaji beef cut that is only available in a few percent of the cow, and the extremely rare filet ear.

"Dessert" is a bittersweet tiramisu-style ice cream with rich vanilla and the crunchy texture of biscuit.
